Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped via Austrian Post (Österreichische Post).
Delivery Time
Since every piece is handcrafted, shipping only begins once your piece is finished. After that, delivery takes 2–5 business days within Austria, and 7–14 business days within the EU.
Total processing and delivery time is usually 1–2 weeks — we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about the status of your order, just reach out.
