When will my order arrive?

Since every piece is handcrafted to order, shipping only begins once your piece is finished. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, after which delivery takes 2–5 business days within Austria and 7–14 business days within the EU.

Total processing and delivery time is usually 1–2 weeks. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions about the status of your order, just reach out.
