We use stainless steel for all our chainmail jewelry — it's hypoallergenic, highly durable, and resistant to tarnishing, so your piece stays looking great for years to come. The clicker we use are made from titanium, making them an excellent choice for sensitive ears.

Stainless steel is well-tolerated by most people with sensitive skin due to its very low nickel release. Our earring clasps are made from titanium — a fully nickel-free metal and the go-to choice if you have a severe nickel allergy or particularly reactive ears.

Since production begins shortly after your order is placed, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

We ship to Austria and across the European Union. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our studio.

Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your package hasn't arrived, or within 48 hours if something arrived damaged. Include a photo if applicable — we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. Custom or personalized pieces are excluded from returns unless there is a defect. Please contact us first at team@silentchxos.at before sending anything back.

If something isn't right — a broken link, faulty clasp, or any manufacturing defect — contact us with photos and we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Email us at team@silentchxos.at with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Stainless steel requires very little upkeep. Wipe your piece with a soft cloth after wear to remove oils and moisture. Store it separately from other jewelry to avoid scratches — a small pouch or box works great. Avoid prolonged contact with harsh chemicals like bleach or cleaning agents.

Stainless steel is highly water-resistant and won't rust or tarnish from everyday exposure. That said, we recommend removing your jewelry before swimming in chlorinated pools or saltwater for extended periods, as these can dull the finish over time.
